Thursday, January 12, 2006
A Hernando County couple accused of starving their 10-year-old foster daughter was captured in New Jersey Wednesday after being on the run for three months.
In October,
Arthur and Lori Allain were supposed to appear in court on child neglect charges, but instead they took off and left the state.
Dover Township police in Ocean County New Jersey received a tip that the couple were in the area. Police arrested the couple and has them in jail on contempt of court charges.
The couple's four children were with them at the time of the arrest.
There's no word yet on where the children are now.
